By installing and using the "Quit It" application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall the application immediately.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Quit It for personal habit tracking. You may not:

03Blockchain Transactions & Donations

Solana transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed. Always double-check wallet addresses before sending a donation.

04User Content

You are solely responsible for the content (habits, descriptions) you input into the app. Quit It is a tool for self-improvement and should not be used for tracking illegal activities.

05Limitation of Liability

Quit It is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dikevous Whatley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app or your reliance on its habit-tracking features.

06Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
